Patients with Ph+ acute lymphoblastic leukemia who failed to respond to alternative treatments in the past are also prescribed Spnib 100mg.

Chronic myeloid leukemia is a type of blood cancer that causes excessive production of white blood cells resulting from mutations in the Philadelphia chromosome. This chromosomal abnormality leads to the fusion of the BCR and ABL genes, which code for proteins with tyrosine kinase activity. The process affects cell growth, division, and survival.

Acute lymphoblastic leukemia, the most prevalent type of blood cancer, mainly affects children. This condition is characterized by an uncontrolled proliferation of white blood cells called lymphocytes, which also have an extended lifespan.
